  OMAR HAQEEM lies in both menswear and womenswear. He creates tailored garments that highlight and sculpt the body, letting the line of the human silhouette to be just as present. His signature acts to transform the wearer through cutting and experimenting with technical fabrications and surface treatments, while adding support and structure. It makes one instantly feel more confident and charming.

  OMAR is also experienced as a stylist, having collaborated with local photographers like Sean Higgins, art director Chris Geracitano and Myuran Ganesh. His creative outlet and designs can be seen under publications such as London's ANDMNENMAGAZINE, BUZZ CUT, LIKE LION and VOGUE ITALIA. Beauty companies such as MAISON TSUMIKI, L'OREAL PARIS, KERASTASE, SHU UEMURA have also acknowledged the designer's work. He has also exhibited installations for the LMFF Culture Program, the International Melbourne Garden and Flower Show.

 

  His graduate collection, BEAST BEAUTY, saw him opened up the menwear section of RMIT Emerging Designer Runway Series in Melbourne Spring Fashion Week in September 2014. 

 

  OMAR is also a passionate fashion illustrator, and currently does personal consultations and making exclusive pieces for his clients through appointments.
